Hello everyone! In addition to blogging regularly on my own site, I will occasionally be featured on the Huffington Post. I’m very excited to share that my first article in the HuffPo has been published!
This first article is a fun, off-beat topic that was inspired by several stories and other rumblings I came across. It relates to the paradigm shift (gentrification) that’s occurring in some of the most famous neighborhoods in the country.
I wanted to not only provide my take, but also identify some up and coming areas that are primed for a surge in property value due to the influx of gay residents and their keen eye for design.
